My Pilot Collection at the Monaco F1 Grand Prix: A Spectacular Exhibition of Automotive Artistry
An Unforgettable DebutÂ
Until now, My Pilot Collection was a hidden gem in the heart of Paris : a 100% online boutique renowned for offering the finest automotive collectibles.
However, we know that true aficionados of exceptional pieces of art crave an experience beyon the virtual - the possibility to see, touch, and feel the emotions that these extraordinary gems evoke.
So what better stage for our first-ever physical exhibition than the prestigious Monaco F1 Grand-Prix?
 Â
From May 23rd to 26th 2024, we had the immense privilege of transforming the iconic Académie de Danse Princesse Grace into a breathtaking gallery showcasing over 50 one-of-a-kind artworks. This historic building, a symbol of elegance in the Principality, offered an unparalleled 360° Formula 1 experience to all immensely privileged guests over the week-end thanks to the brilliant organisation of Incentive Concept agency.
Â
A Journey Through Art and Luxury
Our exhibition occupied around 40 square meters on the ground floor, perfectly integrated into a space dedicated to well-being with views on the track.
Guests could immerse themselves into a luxurious environment featuring on-top of our exhibition: makeup professionals, hairdressers, massages, and physiotherapy services.
Â
For those of you who missed this incredible exhibition, here are the main highlights :
- Monaco Vintage Pilot: This striking artwork, a fusion of paper and digital collages displayed on a mannequin equiped by Jonathan Mareschal, greeted guests at the entrance of the Academy alongside our Founder Léa.
- Monaco GP Curves: This showstopper is a bold collaboration between JLEO (renowned for his « bodyscapes ») and Fanni Mayer. Printed by thermal sublimation, this limited-edition masterpiece (only 17 pieces) is a must-have for any gentleman's collection, and is sure to make you the talk of the town.
- Bugatti Full Carbon Pool Table and Carbon Interior Furniture : these pieces are the guilty pleasure of yacht and private jet owners who seek elegance, lightweight design, and customizability unparalleled worldwide.
- Bertone Console: A centerpiece of our artistic furniture collection, displayed with its brothers - the Ferry Sofa and the Lyons Armchair.
      Â
- Ferrari 315S 1:1 scale sculpture : It required over ten years of meticulous craftsmanship to replicate the original down to the smallest detail. Price on demand.
- « History’s Flashbacks » Collection: Denis Poutet (Le Muret des Stands) captures iconic F1 duos, bringing the sport's rich history back to our memory.
- « Taste the Speed » Collection: S. Fantini sculptures embody a brilliant association of gastronomy and automotive passion, just waiting to be savoured (stay tuned …)
- Original McQueen & Porsche 917K Skateboards & Canvas: a perfect blend of nostalgia with modern art, especially the skateboards ideal for children’s bedrooms.
- Dynamic Plexiglass Scenes in Monaco: Featuring Ken Tyrell in his legendary Matra in front of the iconic Hotel de Paris and Romain Grosjean's Lotus chasing a Ferrari in the Casino’s straight line.
     Â
- Porsche "Bodyscape" Collection & more: Commissioned by Porsche France to JLEO, this series artistically merges the female body with automotive design, challenging clichés and celebrating women elegance. Other eye-catching AI based Porsche artworks by Laurent Leoncini were also exhibited.
- Illuminating creations: Ferrari and Lamborghini lamps made by JLR Concept from life-saving extinguishers, a Ferrari 456GT brake caliper lamp by Car2Art, a very original epoxy Porsche Ruby lamp by Josh and vintage Rolls Royce & Bugatti lamps.
To toast the success of our first ever exhibition, guests enjoyed our exclusive Gentleman’s Drivers Champagne, available soon in V6, V8, and V12 Grand-Cru vintages. The bottles were used by our founder later as surprising tools to create a live artwork !Â
     Â
An Extended Showcase
4 Ferrari artworks were delocalized to the Ferrari SF Côtes d’Azur Cannes hospitality, offering stunning terraces with 180° views of the Hercule’s Port, finish line, paddocks, and podium.
Here, guests celebrated Charles Leclerc's home victory along his painted portrait by Valérie Durand, an amazing 250 GTO sculpture, a Ferrari 312 B2 jumping out of the framed created in collaboration with Jacky Ickx, and a Ferrari x Hasselblad camera (n°24/499), the only exemplar available for sale in the world.
Â
Â
Â
A Multi-Level F1 Experience
The building offered 4Â other levels of luxury and entertainment:
.Â
Â
- 2 upper levels with a terrace overlooking the Sainte-Dévote curve, a live music band, another art exhibition by Valérie Durand, an exquisite catering, and an open-bar with limitless champagne and beverages.
- 2 lower levels with multiple terraces and patios hosting more art exhibitions, a nail bar, a custom perfume maker, limitless food and beverages, and live bottle painting demonstrations by Xela Bottle Painting realized with our Champagne Grand-Cru bottle.
